Since beginning to study them in Bali I’ve been regularly making mandalas as a way of getting in touch with my hidden hopes, fears and feelings and I have experienced a much greater connection to my own creativity since starting the practice of mandala creation. As someone that’s struggled to connect to traditional forms of meditation I’ve found that the meditative process of creating mandalas helps me to be more mindful and gives me the ‘me time’ I need to de-stress and cultivate a more relaxed approach to life.
